We are all aware of the importance of diet and a good workout to remain healthy and fit. But we cannot give up the temptation of junk food. We also take exercises lightly, and because of a fast lifestyle, hardly get time to do proper workouts. Poor dietary intake is taking its toll on our health and we are paying the price of modernization. It is still time we wake up to the dangers associated with the modern lifestyle and revert back to the lifestyles of the old times when people had good eating habits.
